Windscreen Peak / Deflecter

Im after a windscreen peak, the jobby that sits on top of your windscreen.
I'm loathed to spend £150 to supertrux for what seems like just a bit of plastic!

Whilst im on the subject, does this make it less or more aerodynamic anyone know?

True, I was thinking more of MPG's
I got a significant improvement when I took my roof bars off, and wondered if the Windscreen Visor would make it worse......

I would think it's got to make it worse as it's acting like an air brake in the flow over the windscreen.
