try e bay worldwide not just UK region, you can get some really cool ones for a four runner, i got a 32" whip, landed in UK for £10, all taxes , shipping paid, much cooler than those up down things !!

Toyotas direct replacement from the dealers isn't too scary a price, if you want to stick with the original electric aerial..................And there have been loads of posts describing how to fit them.

I have passed on the info!! That site with the £22 Aerials has sony 10 disc changers with the lead and bracket for only £89 Bargin!!!!
