Surf in Afghanistan

Here's a picture of my Surf in Afghanistan. It has 240k on the odometer. I'd say it's in pretty decent condition considering the environment.

Do you drive it a lot on paved roads or mostly on dirt tracks?

Her butt is sagging from the several hundred pounds of gear and tools in the back. I drive mainly on dirt roads around the base. We do have some paved roads but more of it is dirt. The conditions are very harsh and no one over here believes in preventative maintenance.

That's all it's for. I wouldn't dare take it outside the wire. There are thousands of Surf's in theater. Roughtrax will not deliver to Afghanistan or USA. My best choice for parts is out of Canada. Now I know alot of stuff is the same though as the 4 runner but they never offered the 2.4 td in the states.

There must be plenty of LC80 Landcruisers over there? The rear springs will fit your truck and will give a sligtht lift and a firmer ride for carrying all your junk.
