      Hello,

10w/40 semi synthetic will be fine, about 7 litres if your changing the filter aswell.

great stuff, cheers. went to a motor factors today to try and get service parts, got quoted £220 + vat for oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, camblet kit, trans oil and anti freeze.
i thought that was a bit steep?

I always buy from roughtrax, never had a problem & always quality parts.
Not sure on the cost of everything you want but do make sure you buy a genuine cam belt.
