        It won't work, I'm afraid. You need a special camera to take images that far into the infrared spectrum. I'm using a Hoya R72 IR filter in a home-made housing that fits over the lens on my camera; it effectively bars most visible light from entering, and lets in IR light at 720nm and above.

        I'm gonna get a stronger IR filter (850nm, 900nm or 950nm - whatever's available on eBay) and see what I can get out of the camera with that...
