BTW, just checked and I am up 1 long blue strap, 2 short orange straps, 1 small bow shackle, and down 1 long orange strap.

No max as i know it wouldnt really matter in jpeg format.

Just open the original pic then go to edit then save as jpeg dont re-size it

I resize my pics to 1024x768 (they're taken at 2048x1536), and set the jpeg compression to around 35 (not all software lets you set this, I use PaintShop Pro). Takes them usually to around 140-150kb in size which gives a good compromise between quality and size.
