Sorry guys, I cant make the 31st. NUTS. Please post some pics when you get back.

Yeah I know its a long way, but I would have come up on Sat and camped overnight. My Dad has friends in Betws y Coed ( think spelling is ok ) and he was coming with me, but has work commitments.

    Oh well. Next time.
    I NEED TO OFFROAD!

Put me and the kids down Lewis as most probably will be able to make this one. After the one in the south lakes I would love to see Wales from off the beaten track.

I'd be up for it too if you still have space (what is the recognised limit for greenlaning?). The routes I did in Wales a while back started in Chirk, are you planning the route over the Berwyn Mountains? - definately a good one!

                Geoff.

                  Geoff.

This could be the same route. You are more than welcome to come along. ill put your nane down. The limit is usually 5 vehicles or so, but there are plenty of places to pass so a few more shouldn’t be too bad. Click here for Green Lane Code of Conduct. There will be 2 vehicles that know the route so if need be we can split up the convoy.

                      Greenlaning

If anyone is interested, the StrangeRover is back in 2-wheel steer mode. I think LandyV8 is running a sweep on what I will break next! I am a definite for the 31st. I even talked Mrs StrangeRover into riding shotgun.

It may be better to let Mrs StrangeRover drive Neil whether she can or not!..less chance of breakage LOL

All breakages must be paid for.

Ouch Gaz! Below the belt but deserved none the less. No matter who drives, the sphincter remains firmly clenched. That Walna Scar decent haunts me yet. Enjoy t'lights.

We should be finished back at McDees for 4pm. From there it takes me 1h 30m to Bolton so you could comfortably make it there in time. We will probably finish a little bit earlier than that anyway, just said 4 because we will probable be standing around talking etc... Well I hope you can make it anyway.
