(* indicates Karting, 11 so far)

Karting is booked for 1pm. There should still be places available (we should be able to do up to 15 drivers) so you can come and decide on the day. Payment for Karting is cash or cheque only, given current numbers it should be less than £25 a head.

Early meet at 12pm, late meet at 7pm.

    Meeting point:
Head along the M6 to Jn32, turn on to the M55. Head along the M55 to the end. At the round-about bear left. At the next round-about go straight on (3rd exit). Be careful along this road, there are speed traps that work. At the fourth set of lights turn left into the retail estate. Meet up in the carpark alongside Halfrauds - there's always loads of space there so we shouldn't have any problems parking 20 Surfs.

Time to get the sponges out and make our Yotas (and friends) shine.

This thread now has the highest post count in this section.
Still got a way to go for the highest view count though.

If anyone turns up late for the 12pm meet, and wants to join us at the Karting centre.....

Head out of the retail estate that we are meeting at, drive straight on at the lights (turn right if you're heading from the motorway). Head down this road for about 2 miles. On the left hand side you should see a sign on the side of a building (just after a Texaco garage) for 'Premier Bowl'. The Karting centre is next door. The best place to park will be if you continue past to the lights, turn left, turn right at the mini roundabout, and park in the cinema car park. It's only a 1-2 minute walk.

My mobile phone number for anyone who needs to contact me is O7958 54O76O.

Time to get the sponges out and make our Yotas (and friends) shine.

Looks like the weather for tomorrow will be OK, cloudy but no rain.

It was a good day out I think. Thanks to all those that made it.

Seeing a line of 18 (iirc) Surf parked up together was quite an impressive sight.

I didn't manage to get many good pictures, low light without a tripod isn't easy.

Here's a couple, one slightly edited

                              • Many thanks Paul & Kate for setting that up, we had a good night and the kids enjoyed it too.

And a damn good turn out on such a miserable day.
