Had the all clear from Berkshire council, they sugested to keep groups to a max of 5-6 and be aware there are work crews on the Ridgeway. Waiting to get hold of Oxfordshire council still. But all going to plan, looking to meet at Didcot Railway station for about 10am on Sunday 24th of May.

P.S I'll be bringing a mate along who's got a vitara, so we'll have something to tow

that is correct, the trip starts there because I figured it's somewhere everyone can get to easily get to. Plus I can piont out the Didcot link road, which was the first roadworks job I worked on

Right I've had confirmation from Oxfordshire and Berkshire county councils, that the byways are all open. They do suggest though that some sections maybe a little overgrown, as they only maintain them to a bridleway standard.
I can give you all maps showing the route, but here is a compressed image file of the area.

Byways are marked in green and normal roads in red.

And just to confim the list we have-

I'm going to look into finding a pub for lunch about halfway along the trip.

See you all Didcot Parkway Station carpark at 10am. If I remember right, then you drive up towards the main station building and drop off point. The car park is to the right up a hill. I will get to printing maps now.

Have found a pub half way along the route in a place called Beedon, so we can stop for lunch. Haven't booked anything, but hopefully should be ok.
