so a suicidal biker got it banned for cars but not for bikes??!!
how does that work excatly?
so the council must have said something like this: well if a biker almost killed himself we will have to ban it for cars only.
this kinda of mentality and stupidity really gets me to a point where i feel stabbing someone in the face a just thing to do!
that lane OWES me closure!! i need my revenge on it!!
