It's with real sadness and regret that I have to pull out of this trip - just come back from the Chiropractor to be told I have a compressed disk pushing down on my sciatic nerve, so much so that it's making my left foot feel like it's been crushed - so I'm really sorry, but won't be able to make it and lead the Saturday group north....

Sorry to hear this Andy. I have similiar problem and have been living with it for a couple of years now so I know how you feel.

I'm going in today to see if I can reinstate all the cover I had arranged for this trip. {bit last min so wish me luck}
