We should of turned round and done that lane the other way to even the sides up a bit! Then I could of hit a few more of those fence posts too...
Dunno what I hit but I have one scratch that looks like I've parked up in Chatham and been keyed. Oh well, it adds to the character.
Whats up with you tarts washing your motors anyway? I stopped off at Ditton on the way home and did the ford a couple of times to get the clumpy bits off underneath and next time it rains on my way to work I might drive a bit faster to act as a jet wash to clean the body a bit.

Thanks to all for a great day, it was good to meet you all and put somes names to faces and a big thanks to Ian for leading and planning the route. Roll on the next time...Ebay search item 230357761354 !

thanks for the comments guys, great few pics you got there shane, especially that one of gwh's truck, i love that lane - it just doesn't look or feel like kentish countryside to me, and you wouldn't believe you were only 1/2 a mile from the motorway and a mile or so from the channel tunnel terminal.

I'm sorry about the scratches guys that'll teach me not to reccy each and every lane properly, i just hope they all polish out ok ========= =========

Greats pics peeps, love the video Ian

Not your fault Ian, I accepted there was always going to be an element of risk when off-road, there always will be. I was chuffed to get away with just a few scratchesI'm sorry about the scratches guys that'll teach me not to reccy each and every lane properly, i just hope they all polish out ok

Gives me a good excuse to polish the truck again anyway

For the "reverse order" trip, do you ever do these lanes at night ?

 Cheers

Haven't done any night laning yet, but i reckon i could probably be tempted once i've got some more illumination sorted, i struggle to see the road at night with standard surf headlights never mind laning with just them.Originally posted by corsetts View PostNot your fault Ian, I accepted there was always going to be an element of risk when off-road, there always will be.
