So have a great time everyone, just a bit gutted that I won't be able to make it this time.

            • Chris can you confirm you are bringing the BBQ?
I'll bring my stove for breakfast time and sticking the kettle on.

I have ordered a fire basket, it was £30, donations gratefully accepted.

I have got my beer sorted, just need to get the meat (lots) and some rolls and I'm good to go.
Got myself a nifty wee lantern from Aldi's and the tent is cleaned and packed.

Friday night will be sensible night for drinking, Saturday is on cards to be a bit of a session. Coolbox will be bought tomorrow and packed with Bud and ice.

Canny wait, should be a cracking wee trip.

A couple of tips for the noobs going.

              1. Don't get too close to the vehicle in front, on uphill or downhill slopes this is more critical to avoid accidents.

              2. Don't take on more than you feel comfortable with, no pressure and you don't need to impress anyone.

              3. Don't be afraid to ask for help or advice at anytime.

              4. Don't traverse hills where there is a danger of tipping down the slope or sliding sideways.

              5. Have fun.

              • I'll bring at least one 2 ring gas stove, have another if you want it? Will bring some cheapo disposable BBQs too, as well as the gas fridge and a big gas light.

Thinking about bringing the wee 12v colour telly so the girlies won't miss BB...
