edit: bugger, just checked the date n i might have to drop out. I'll stay in for now an try to persuade a date change to the other may bank holiday for taking my youth group away. Let you know by the end of the month as that's when we have agreed we will have our youth group camp booked by.

Sorry guys, i'm gonna have to drop out of this one. Couldn't swap the other weekend about at all- would've lost our cooks if we changed it to the other bank holiday

The monster truck weekend and SRTTS are firmly booked in the diary now, i'm not gonna drop out of another event.

Route update........

Hello, OK for those who are coming to this run, Apache, Mudsurfer and myself had a planning session on the weekend to discuss the intended Part Dau details.

To give us some differentiation (maths?) to last years routes (as brill as they were) we are going to do it............wait for it..........

The Wrong Way Round

Friday 2nd May, afternoon - Meet in South Wales - campsite location tba, BBQ for socialising and sl4gging each others trucks off.......

Saturday 3rd May, morning head north, two routes stopping north of Strata Florida for camping lunch. Saturday afternoon, carry on north via Glyndwrs Way to campsite. Early evening make camp and BBQ, beer beer....

Sunday 4th May, morning, two routes - Bryn Crug (yikes) heading over to the B17 Bomber route. Now head east through Bala. Maybe stop here or carry on up The Wayfarer (see what the time is like).

Maybe finish on the Pheasant Pen Steps - need to find out if it is open.

Finish mid afternoon Sunday round abouts Welshpool/Oswestry. For planning purposes - we will finish about and hour west of Birmingham.

Say our goodbyes and head east/south to home.

We've tried to make sure that the long distance drivers have a balanced drive over the weekend, especially getting home on the Sunday.
