I dont think its the same one then. If you only drove down it, you still be in it as you have to drive up to get out.

Its only about 30ft across and 10 ft deep. About 45 degrees in and out.

if your going south to north it's on the left hand side of the main trail mud,rocks,going in and steep stone on the other

Can anyone tell me the OS explorer map numbers that cover this route as i'm going up next week to have go but am struggling to find the maps.

Hi mate - have a look on Ordnance Survey's website - I think you can search for a location, then it will tell you what map you need - if it is like Memory Map then I think it is....Llandrindod Wells and Elan Valley - Explorer 200, but it goes over to another one - so best to look it up on the OS site...
