Anyone been along any of the following BOATS near Radnor, Mid Wales and know their condition?

1. Hundred House to Glascwm
2. A44 at 168584 to and past Foice Fm
3. A44 Sth of New Radnor north to Llanfihangel Rhydithon then NE parallel to A488 to Fishpools

Particulary keen to know if last one is eeeeasy ....
