I`ve just booked for 2 nights at Daleview and I`ll be leaving Darwen at 4.30 to 5pm Friday. I see they only have 30 tent pitches so we may just have a big presence there!

OK, that's me booked in for the Friday and Saturday nights too. I'll probably be leaving home around 5:00pm, arriving around 6:30 ish.

If others are meeting at the Tickled Trout I'll try and meet up with you there as it's just a slight diversion south for me on the M6.

Would it be better to meet up with you at Forton services Paul, so you dont have to divert by driving south to go back north!

Plus it will give us all a chance to have a proper pit-stop [bite to eat/drink and toilets] etc..

It would be slightly easier to meet at Forton, but it's no problem to fit in with whatever is easiest for everyone else.

Forton it is!... as we will be travelling up the M61/M6 before cutting across country.

Chris/Jess and myself will meet up at M61 Bolton services
Pick up Wayne/Bob at Tickled Trout Hotel
Then join up with you Paul at Forton Services further up on the M6
Cut across country at Tebay [M6 J38]

I might not make at the weekend as I was away on sat doing the kielder safari? and now the truck is running rough I have traced the fault to it sucking air in the fuel ? but not traced the actual point where it is sucking it yet?????
thanks to colin for putting a post on the ne4x4 forum site they are a great bunch on there and there is something on most weekends langdale,weardale,kielder,robi nhoods bay,frickly they have either been done or planned in the near future so if you check there events site and something takes your fancy or near you just log on the forum and they will all make you more than welcome?

10am??? What time you guys planning on getting to Forton/the campsite? I won't be at Forton until 5:30pm at the earliest as I'm working.

Also, what's everyone planning to do for food over the weekend? Pub meals? Anyone bringing a BBQ that we could chuck stuff on?

hi stephen i do'nt think it will be a problem to come up for the one day, as for cost he told me £60 for the weekend so i would say it would be £30 for the day . stephen can you keep me posted on the intrest on ne4x4 forum, as i am having to work late all week to cover my time off for the weekend.
