    But look at the water level, in the Bullet pic, its level with the grass and I'm not as far round the corner, in the first pic its way down and he's even deeper into the corner. I don't think 4"'s would have helped much.

        Dont have a spare weekend til we're back from the states, but after that sure will try if Tony lets me.

        To be honest I think the depth of the **** in that puddle the tyres wont be the deciding factor, and I'm not saying I wont get stuck, just that AT's arnt **** off road.

          no - the AT's definately aren't **** off road, they performed really well. In the really sticky stuff it just takes a bit more effort then it would on MTs. At Roats we got through on our third attempt with some welly and we saw other vehicles on MTs have to be pulled out from the same place and we were the only road-going vehicle on the site
          Real trucks don't have spark plugs

              took me 2 goes to get through with 4" and MTs... it's more to do with getting the smallest sludge wave going!
