Situated in the beautiful Dee Valley near the picturesque villages of Overton and Bangor-on-Dee, The Plassey Leisure Park has been sensitively developed and has many award winning facilities.

These include 30 Deluxe all weather fully serviced pitches with their own 16 amp electric, lighting, water and waste water services; a superb centrally heated amenity building with individual washrooms and special provisions for babies and the disabled; adventure playground for the children; badminton & table tennis.

We also have a well stocked shop for everyday needs; and an indoor heated swimming pool for those of you that enjoy the water!

If you wish to get closer to nature, why not take a walk along the 2 miles of specially created footpaths that thread their way around The Plassey's 250 acres of tranquil farm and woodland, or simply relax and enjoy the free fishing in the coarse fishing ponds.

Frid/Sat and Sun inc. Ł46.50 on standard pitch (has electric points)

Ł30 deposit taken.


Apparently Deluxe pitches [see description above] are marked out by fencing to separate pitching, have water and electric points are approx Ł20.50 per night.

Extreme Quarry looks a little too bruising as used for competition off-road!!

me wife and sprog are going to campsite hopefully if i can book into the plassey tomorrow as for paying isuposse that will be sorted on the day.

Meet Up

I think with most people will be arriving Friday late afternoon early evening



I am going to Plassey straight from work should be there about 5 o’clock, so I think the best thing to do is all me up at Plassey



As for paying for the off roading I will collect the money Saturday morning

Booked a standard pitch at Plassey for our tent, Friday and Saturday night. The chap at Plassey said if we're all in a group, the first there should reserve all our pitches close together.
Chris, Darren, Gaz etc., what time are you setting off from Manchester area, we should do a convoy.

A convoy should do....As we cant have the pitches until midday and it should only take 1hr-2hrs to travel there possibly thinking of going after dinner...still decide on time
