            Great route, apart from a near roll (as "kindly" shown by strange rover).

            here's a couple more piccies, inc one of a typical "ultra reliable" land rover in a compromising position (died in the first bit of water we came across!)
            Thank you for showing my landy in the water noisebod! Mind you I was the one who guided you down the hill and got your surf on 3 wheels, nearly rolling it. sorry (Good Photo Shoot though). No my V8 doesn’t like the water , but a bit of WD40 and we are back up and running again. He he. We had a great day in N Wales. I’m thinking of arranging something in Wales for the surfs around spring so keep an eye on the forum for more info.

                    Generally run between 29 - 35 psi depending upon ground situation. On road I run between 33 and 35 psi and let the tyres down for off-road grip to around 30-31 psi.

                      If you tell me the size of attachments you can receive, i will email the pics

                      re MPG, use the search function, theres LOADS of threads on here on the subject

                      It ranges from 15 to 30 with, I'm guessing averages, being late teens round town and early twentys on a run

                              [QUOTE=TimberSurf]Were was me invite?
                              At the risk of repeating what noisbod and LandyV8 said above.
                              There were no invitations as this was a three vehicle recognisance mission, to ensure that the lanes are both legally driveable and safely passable. (Walna haunts me; still). If anyone has a favourite (TimberSurf, you must nominate the water-crossing) please PM LandyV8.
                              Armed with maps and timings, LandyV8 will organise a run in the spring. As with autumn’s Wayfarer run, numbers will be limited. So (TimberSurf, in particular) watch this space’.
                              A happy new year to all from a would-be surfer
                              .

                                Where it cut out it was much deeper. I managed to role to a shallower part to get open the door..

                                I sorted my mirror out right away after smashing it to bits at Barton on the tree. Also you can see the scratch from front to back on the driver’s side from the same tree. Not sorted that yet.
