Room for another one?
Never taken my truck greenlaning before. Do I need to take off the running boards or anything - or can I just turn up and go? (running 31" BFG AT's)
Do I need to bring shovels or anything? Hoping it's not too bad down these lanes, as need to px it soon for a 3rd gen and would prefer not to damage it now!
Any objections to my cousin coming in his (not wishing to swear, but) Wrangler??!!
Cheers
Neil

The Plan is up to you guys I ve only made a suggestion of meeting up at 10am at the Rookery cafe on the A1000 between Hatfield and Potters Bar aprox 600yds South of Dixons hill rd in Welham Green....The Rookery is marked on the OS maps
Unfortunatly i could not get any tulip diagrams printed up we got the directors down at work spoil sports
For the newbies just turn up bring shovels if you feel happier and running boards well leave them on it should not be to hard as all the routes in the magazines allegedly claim you can do it with a road going vehicles, its advisable to have the right boots on though and whelies.
I think we can allow a Wrangler follow on behind (about two miles will do) cant ruin our street cred
We will go on the route untill you all have said you have had enough or you wish to drop out its up to you guys.
Just bring food and a flask or in ricks case the the urn..
Be prepared as the weather forcast is not good (rain)
The route Starts off going round the back of cuffley then on towards swabridgeworth and then back towards Stevenage
See you in the morningIm not a gynacologist but ill have a look

Just a passing thought for the newbies dont forget some rope in case you do need to be pulled out of a hole
Be prepared
If you have a GPS unit bring your uplink lead..I can put the route directly into the unit from the laptopLast edited by mark g8awo; 27 December 2004, 18:59.Im not a gynacologist but ill have a look

Twas a good day out, cheers to Jotto for the lift round. Plenty of water in few places (good to go back when it has really rained). One half fallen tree across the track was soon lifted enough with the 48" high lift jack so we could pass under (no more comments needed on this subject )
Good day out in all pics/video to follow.Say not always what you know, but always know what you say.
