it doesn't look like i'll make it on sunday. i have a suspected fracture of my left arm. just going to get it x-rayed, so my arm may be in plaster

get the steps outta the shed. dont stand on foot stools then over-reach. it ends in tears!!!!!!

Yes very! Not as serious as first thought. Torn ligament and a tendon the wrong side of my elbow joint, which the physio realigned (ouch). Very tender indeed. I have to put my arm in a sling for a week and rub some gel stuff into my elbow joint.
It was a good excuse to get some liquid painkiller though \_/ cheers!
