got surf back yesterday supposedly all fixed..............it's going back tomorrow as its not

what was wrong with it, and what didnt they fix?

It's making a really bad screaming noise from the front drivers side wheel. Also the part of the steering shackle or rod was broke. The steerings been fixed and its had a full service but the noise was still there.....they now think it may have been the bearing so they are fitting new ones tomorrow. I have to call them in the afternoon to see if its sorted so won't know about Saturday until tomorrow afternoon.

Just spoke to the garage........they haven't fixed it yet not that I'm annoyed much!!!! so guess I won't be going tomorrow after all

i will be getting to brick kiln farm bout 11-11:15 2moz. i have a few m8s coming over is it ok to park a normal car somewhere?

yep loads of space for parking. ill prob head down for 10-10.30 but dont fancy getting stuck on my own

Not sure, got to make 3 body lifts by monday, fit a set of rear coils, plus Linda ordered a lorry of hay which is coming Sat which'll need unloading and stacking, plus SassyT is coming over for a bit to play 'wear the Asbo Labrador out' with her Greyhounds, and Sunday looks like its gonna pee down so need to do some work in the fields Sat.



Might try and swing by for an hour in the afternoon if we have a good morning.

Free 'T' shirts???? Only if you really entertain us by getting properly stuck......

Sure they know what they are looking for, its can only be the hub bushes, diff or bearings, Taking the drive plates off isolates the diff and hub, so you can narrow it down easily.

Bushes or bearings are no biggy.

The guys has got new bearing to fit, the diff looks ok. Its a really nasty grinding noise almost screams or screeches but is not there all the time which is the annoying part. It still drives fine just sounds awful and can't be doing any good to keep using it.
