Another good day mudding at Avon Dasset- sharp frost but bright sunshine most of the day. Conditions are quite dry at the moment with some ruts frozen to and up to three inches of ice in some of the pools- making crossing them potentially quite vehicle damaging. Some lads in a Trooper rushed through the bottom pool and lost the glass in both headlights and both spots! I followed them after but took a bit easier.

At least two cars rolled- one SJ on an icy slope and a brand new 2005, LR 110! Not sure how- I think he braked coming down a hill when it might have been better to let it carry on moving on the wheels. Well his shiney new car now sports a few dents- but fair play to the chap- he carried on driving round for a few hours after the car was righted.

BRAND NEW 2005 DEFENDER 110 BREAKING ICE. SHORTLY AFTER THIS PHOTO IT WAS ROLLED OVER. THIS SIDE OF THE CAR IS NOW ALL DENTED....OUCH!




MY SURF PARKED UP. LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE CHEEKY CHAPPY IN THE BACK HAD JUST DONE A WEE OUT OF THE BACK WINDOW WHILE I WASN'T LOOKING!
