Well done , welcome to the Dark side .
Was it the chassis buried in the bushes for sale on Ebay ? .
As it is only a chassis you may get away with a 2 wheel flat bed trailer . I have not got one big enough , but may be some one else on here may be able to help.
Please leave the light bulb when you leave .

well i have a few options now for getting the suzi back here one is ask my friend nicely if i can borrow the trailer he uses for his banger racers or one of my other friends has a brother that lives in somerset and runs up this way with a truck and trailer quite often so my friend is going to ask him if he can collect it for me. and yes it is ment to be a runner although the guy has taken ALL the bodywork off so i will have lots to do will post pics asap

You have a great opportunity to customise the beast. I keep looking at mine and thinking WW2 style Willis Jeep mudguards would be great. I only have chassis behind the cab at the moment. No problem with any size of wheels clearing the body cos there isn't any body LOLOriginally posted by Lickitwell i have a few options now for getting the suzi back here one is ask my friend nicely if i can borrow the trailer he uses for his banger racers or one of my other friends has a brother that lives in somerset and runs up this way with a truck and trailer quite often so my friend is going to ask him if he can collect it for me. and yes it is ment to be a runner although the guy has taken ALL the bodywork off so i will have lots to do will post pics asapIt's only a hobby!

i am looking at going buggy style with just two seats and a good strong roll cage design that me and my welder friend are going to work on, as for wheel arches the best idea i can come up with is to get an old two part spare wheel cover and seperate the two halves and fix mounts to the back plate of the drums thus they will move with the wheels so no more fouling the arches when playing in the mud

Keep the mudguards simple ???? nick a couple off of an artic cut them down the middle and hey presto 4 mudguards that any size wheel will fit under......... ok not a giant monster truck wheel but how big do you want to go.Originally posted by Lickiti am looking at going buggy style with just two seats and a good strong roll cage design that me and my welder friend are going to work on, as for wheel arches the best idea i can come up with is to get an old two part spare wheel cover and seperate the two halves and fix mounts to the back plate of the drums thus they will move with the wheels so no more fouling the arches when playing in the mud

well i finaly have it after 19 hours of driving from essex to somerset and back at 40 mph max coz the STUPID trailer was swinging from side to side at 45mph i finaly have the suzi back to my grandmothers where it will be stored while i work on it, never got the tube the guy had as it was in 30ft lengths and as rusty as hell so will need to get some from a local scaffolder and i think the engine will get a rebuild for the fun of it just so i can get to play as its only a baby 1000cc engine will post piccies after i have a chance to look at it myself
