Motor for the Surf now aquired! Good ol' ebay. One 3.5 V8 on its way to sunny Basingstoke for a silly small amount of beer tokens!!!!

                    Hehe.

Watching an EFI setup for it as well, but the only snag is its in Aberdeen! Long way to go!!!

Hunting for a Borg Warner slush box now. Anyone breaking a Rover SD1?

I want the EFi intake to run the LPG though, its not gonna run petrol. The gas runs much better with the lenght of the plenium and intake pipes than though carbs.

The B/W is still needed for the buggy, along with the original V8, thats why we bought a new motor for the grey Surf, I may use my old Milner Toy-Rover V8 bellhousing adapter to use the Toy manual box thats in the truck, but it might not fit as I don't know the difference between older pickup 5 speeds, and the one in the Surf.

A Borg Warner 35 from a SD1 is what I have in the pickup , but an older 65 from a P6 will do.
