Wiring for rear lights?

I am looking at fitting a set of clear lexus style lights to my surf the ones I have found do not have a wiring loom connector on so I will have to splice them onto the loom has anyone done this before and if so do they have the wiring diagram colour codes? Because these lights have 3 bulbs I am going to use the third one as reversing lights and convert the reversing lights to fogs.
Any info appreciated.

Also will Mk3 Hilux pickup rear lights fit a '91 Surf as they look pretty similar
