IS200 Seats question

Hi Guys!
I have a set of Lexus IS200 to be fitted in my 2nd Gen and after browsing through all posts regarding that matter I have a good idea regarding the fitting part but couldn't find anything about wiring,especially the seat heaters,if anyone has some tips,do's and dont's it would be highly appreciated

Also on a bit different matter...Is it possible to retro-fit IS200 Climate control??

Did mine a while ago,
not hard at all really, did'nt bother with seat heaters tho'
