1 1/2 " body lift on 2 gen...advice please

Im sure the question was answered for meny times by now but there is always one...ha.
Ive got one and half inch kit to fit on 3 ltr td auto 2nd gen surf.
Ive seen few ...well lots of post about 2 inch lifts.
As far as ive learn;
1...there is 3 bolts in the cab,one on front and one on the back (each side)
2...I don't need to loose screws for radiator in 3.0 td engines
3...simply lift each side and place the blocks in
....do I miss anything?

Loosen the pinch bolts on the steering shaft where it goes through the floor.
Lift the driver's side first.
Re-use the big tab washers that are under the original bolt heads.
