However as I will never bobtail I would be interested in any pics you post of the conversion.
i actually like the look of the FSO polonez classic cheesy 70s car! ha but i dont think it has the toyota build quality though looking at the pic

see its got the makeshift turbo intercooler on the bonnet and everything! haha

will take lots of pics which ever way i bob it! hows the front winch bumper coming on? seen the rear bumper looks smart! when i bob it i do want to make mountings for rear winch as should be able to connect directly to chassis rail. might make a screw in winch mount to fit to the permenant bumper that will be there.

At least it wont look as a bad as a bobbed disco!!

Yes, plenty of pics like Brian says Danny. I love watching good build threads.

Don't worry about it looking pretty. Us 'Street Queens' have that covered

here is a possible bob design and probably the easiest! but i think welding up the windows gives its better proportion then if the back windows stayed

Do you have to do any extra testing with VOSA? As you're cutting structural members and welding them back together.

Not to the above pic, you're only cutting body work.

As long as the MOT is happy its safe, and if you get stopped by plod and told to get it looked at you can pretty do what you want.

The insurance guys might want it signed off by someone though when you tell them.
