Threaded to 1/8" NPT.

Rob, the sump pan has been delivered.....to the WRONG address!
I had two items collected by Shitylink this week, one to Eastborne the other to you. They BOTH got delivered today to the Eastborne address even though they had different delivery labels on them!

I've contacted Shitylink and hopefully they should be collecting it and delivering it to your work address on Monday.

Fitted the sump today thanks Vince - will get my one in the post to you hopefully Monday.


Mick - I didn't take any pics as it is easy to do. You fitted a snorkel last week that's a lot bigger job.

1: Drain sump.
2: Remove front exhaust pipe
3: Remove front prop for easier access although I don't think it's neccesary (mine was off anyway)
4: Take out the atf dipstick. You can remove the tube if you want but I left it bolted to the block and slid the sump off it.
4.5: Remove the roll bar brackets to drop the bar for access..
5.Undo the bolts holding the sump on, break the gasket seal and remove sump.
6:Clean the mating surfaces, put new sealant on mating surface and replace with new shiny sump. Bolt it all up and wait for gasket stuff to go off, refill with new atf and you're done.(Once you've refitted the exhaust and propshaft)

Worst part is cleaning all the old gasket goo off, and avoiding getting drips in your eyes.(goggles a good idea)

I've put a blanking bolt in the hole for the temp sender as I haven't found one I like yet. (digital display but subtle looking)
