It's been a while since I posted anything about what I've been up to with my Surf.. so I thought I'd post a link to some pictures I've been taking whilst I do the mods. They're progressing well, need bumpers and a respray now and to put one side of the front suspension back together when the paint has dried but I've got all the mods I used to have on my old surfs and a whole lot more 
(those who remember them will have to believe that I drive more sensibly now..... you know what i mean!)

- List of Mods includes:
- 2 pairs of 130W driving lamps on the roof independently switched
- 2 reverse driving lights independently switched
- 6 Strobe warning lights and strobes on roof
- 2 inch rear suspension lift + 2 inch raise springs (old and saggy tho!)
- custom made panhard 5 inch drop bracket
- 4 inch adjusted brake balancer
- 2 inch adjusted from suspension plus tightened torsion bars
- 1 inch front diff drop
- twin airhorns
- CB radio + 100W burner and 26db pre-amp
- battery monitor to check voltage when operating electrical equipment
- 31 inch tyres up from 29 inch standard tyres
- refurbished front diff
- front and rear diff breathers (need to do the gearbox and transfer case breathers)
- 600w mains inverter wired to socket on a fly lead in the rear cubby hole and a rear ashtray socket
- Stripped, painted and rebuilt front suspension
- and some other stuff i've probably forgotten
as per the tagline I am also planning:
- front winch bumper + winch + 2x2 spots independently switched
- rear tubular bumper
- respray (haven't decided what colour yet)
- side facing lights
- full roof rack
- 2 inch body lift
- 35" tyres + modular wheels in silver
- surface mount USB socket for phone/sat nav charging
Any cool mods I could do that anyone can think of?
