The air filter boxes are the same and in the same place, so I think it will fit.

Do you know if the internal diameter is correct for the 3.0?
Don't know if they do them in different sizes but don't want to starve the engine of air

I don't know the ID of the pipework, but I don't think the snorkel will be narrow enough to cause any restrictions.
