OK I just fitted the snorkel, yes you do need the SS145HF kit as it has extra pieces that you need.
For the airbox-plastic hose seal I shaped a piece of exhaust pipe and sealed it into the airbox with a hose clip around the other end inside the plastic hose. Also had to put a 15mm spacer under the bottom of the air filter box to pivot it up to line up better.
