Tyre help

Have just bought a 3rd gen surf and want to fit some different tyres, part on road and part off road. I currently have 265/70/16 which I believe is 30 inch. What do you recommend I fit once its had a 2 inch lift? I'm unsure of what sizes are 31s and 33s in metric.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks steve

a 33 wont fit wit a 2 inch lift wit out scrubbin the arches.
a 265/75/16 should be good wit a 2 inch lift tho.

my 3rd gen which is standard height on suspension apart from 20% stiffer springs (for towing the caravan) is running 265/75 R16 Insa Turbo sahara's and I don't get any rubbing after trimming a little bit off the leading edge of the wheelarch with the Dremel
