Broke the back of it today, just the winch plate to make and mount and then the bull bar.
Winch Plate and Bumper can be removed independantly of each other.

    Chassis plated with 4mm mild.

Nearly there just the bull bars to fit and an alloy fairlead.
I have not fitted the bars as I want to make a template first, make it easier on me if I ever make another.

            Wow!
That is very neat, could easily be mistaken for a factory option.

                      Good work.

(Why does there always seen to be a surf with the bonnet up in all your pics, no matter what you're working on? Does everything run off 12V up there? )

I get bored easily mate, and usually am messing with a couple of jobs at a time.
That 2nd gen is going to be my new mud toy. Will be a while as I need my new garage built first. I need it in doors as it's losing a lot of body work

Well it was a fecin lot of work, if I was doing more sheet bumpers, I would need to get a lot of the cutting and bending done at the engineers.

Just the fairlead to fit when it arrives. I also made a proper front recovery point as I know the fella is still saving for a winch. Its onto the 6mm winch plate which is bolted in 6 places to the chassis.
