Yep it does mate, I think they look unfinished without it. It can however, be one of the most awkward lengths to get correct. The disco is not so bad but screens as curved as the Jimny need 5 bends in them to keep them neat.
Yes enough to squeeze in. The fella knew this when he decided he wanted tube all the way to the sliders. It would be easy enough to stop the B pillar tube half down and plate and bolt it into the truck B pillar support. That would leave all doors free to open normally. That would be the normal way to do it if you were doing a full cage. This is a Sunday mud toy so Stevie was not to fussed.
nice job brian,but can i make one small suggestion...........cross brace from high on the right to low on the left passing through the other brace,so it forms an "X" internally.this would then stop flexing and fracturing of the welds of the upper part of the right and left hand drop tubes,in a roll over situation.
same as this on the patrol.
