Is there any specific bore size to any Gen, or is it pot luck?

On a 2nd Gen. the standard bolts are 10mm, so 11mm holes. An upgrade would use 12mm bolts, so 13mm holes. No idea what the gay ones are.

Ill wait till they forward the full technical specs and then I'll post them on here.
They made no reference to generation specific lift blocks..

i was surprised you actually bought another Surf

thought you had enough bits by now to build one yourself

If you ever come across a small one going cheap let me know, as I now have my garage clear again. New project is keeping lockable doors for now, so can live tucked away down the front garden, till I get the new double built.

just remembered reading this thread, just wondering is aluminium any good for spacers or am i better off going for HDPE??? as earlier mentioned, have a friend with aluminium and a lathe/milling machine, so was curious what the biggest body lift i can do without having to do any other major mods.....

Aluminium is OK as long as you use a structural grade like 6082T6. It's about £20 / metre, and that will be enough to make a set and 3/4
