Spent the last hour trying to find the auto cads for those bumpers.
They were never released, were they? That was the one where they were going to sell the CAD's and then changed their minds and decided to flog the completed unit instead, is it not?

Unfortunately, they never made it into the wild. I seem to recall that being the main reason they changed their minds regarding the CAD's. They realised that if they were ever sold on to any customers that they would spread like wildfire. They nipped that one in the bud before it had a chance.
The rear, less the carrier, looks reasonably simple though?
The welding part aside, (as I can't do that for toffee ), I would guess so. It didn't seem too complicated from the pics. Get a few measurements together and I personally wouldn't have thought it would be hard to get something like assembled. Saying that, the front should be fairly reasonable to work out for too if you wanted to do both front and back.

Cardboard mock-up and round to the local welding specialist?
Not too fussed about the front, may just do what KERRSURF has done, or something similar.

That's probably the best option. No risk of damaging the bodywork whilst holding the test piece up, and easy to alter positions of parts. They can take any other measurements they may need from the Surf when you nip round with the mock-up.

I must have missed that. (Or my memory is being shonky again). What's he done to his front end?

He has 2 blocks, with towing eyes screwed into them, attached directly to the chassis. I'm thinking about blocks, welded to the chasis, drilled to take my shackles. One of my recovery hook mountings is gubbed.
