you couldnt give us a clue how you did that as i was thinking of getting a welder to do something like that! i know there wont be any plans as such but material used or something like would be useful!

Looks good, do you have access to a pipe bender? that makes it mush easier,

Yes I have access to a pipe bender but the bumper is made using weld on pipe elbows as these give a much tighter bending radius. They are quite expensive though about £20 each from BSS.
