Just adjusting the toe wont help after a ball joint suspension lift. Lifting introduces positive camber which needs to be corrected, a bit like when you slam a car it generates negative camber.
You need a full alignment which will check the camber, castor and toe.
For reference the settings should be:
    Camber: 0*10 - 1*10
    Caster: 1*10' - 2*10'
    Toe: 0*03' - 0*15'

I had mine done a few days ago. My camber was near OK. However it was VERY negative before I fitted the spacers.

The tracking was miles out though (nearly 2 degrees), probably due to the odd bump over the years

I would suggest that if the top of your tyres look further out than the bottom, you need to have a full alignment.

PS, only lifting on BJ spacers changes the camber by lengthening the top wishbone. However, lifting or lowering a car with equal length top and bottom wishbones wont change camber.

It's only the front wheels that need checking, the rears are fixed.
