  • Can I mix 2" lift springs? Supertrux and.....?

    Hi all
Just bought a bargain individual passenger side LA supertrux 2" lift spring from a member on here.

I've called Supertrux and they can't do the springs individually and only sell in pairs (DOH!) does anyone know if I can mix and match 2" springs from another company or even better if anyone has a drivers side 2" lift uprated spring for sale (I know the chances a re slim but there you go)

I want a higher truck dammit!!

    cheers

    tough one,

Different springs will sag a different amount over time. I cant think of anywhere that sells single lift springs either.

So unless someone has one hanging around you'll probably have to buy a pair anyway!

I wouldn't use two different aftermarket springs, their rebound and/or stiffness may be different and may affect cornering or braking.

Do you know why only one spring was for sale?
      Did the other spring fail?

One spring for A TENNER... surely the company make springs in bulk and could sell individually....
or so the thought process went.....

Seemed like a good idea at the time.

              Until supertrux called me back
