    I've just finished adapting the Lexus transmission to accept the Surf's transfer case, speed sensor and speedo drive too!!

      Still need a fuel tank from a V6.


      Looks like I'm gonna have to buy a seperate pump and surge tank if I can't get one.

        Would it not be easier to fit the transfer case and axles to the Lexus, then give it a bit of a lift...
        it's in me shed, mate.

                    Does anything actually need modifying or is it more a matter of replacing the Lex tail section with the surf transfer box & associated bits?

                    Looking forward to seeing this project running
                    More Lift.
                    More Tyres.
                    More Engine.

                      Only slight modifications, I followed 'Madmont's' posts here....

                      The speedo drive electrics are inter-changeable, i.e. same plug.
