    No, the Safari fits the 3.0 easily. The feeder pipe to the airbox needed shortening a bit on mine, but thats about it.

      Cheers for the response.

      The Safari also looks, in the comparison pics, to be a better fit around the A pillar. Does this reduce wind noise any?

        What sort of "damage" do you have to do to the truck to fit the snorkel. My mate has a L/R Defender with a snorkel fitted. In his case there is a vent on the side where the snorkel fits so it you take it off no real visble "damage".

          You need to make a big hole in the outer and inner wings and drill three holes in the A-pillar, so no going back once you do it.

          Also, no difference to wind noise, but the snorkel noise is very apparent with the windows down. With the head turned round, even more so, but its a good noise.
