  • to intercool or not to intercool?

that is the question I'm puttin to you all. I cannot make up my mind as to whether I should fit an intercooler to get a bit more grunt from my 2.4 after seeing this on e-blag http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FRONT-MOUNT-TU...QQcmdZViewItem and maybe combine it with a bonnet vent facing the windscreen too. Or shall I save my money and get myself a few extra inches, of body and suspension lift that is lol.

front mount has to be a bad idea if you're taking it off road

any intercooler would be rendered useless and a bitch to clean

        Go for the looks first.
Posing in a lifted 4X4 is better/safer than trying to race other cars!

Do 'em both - I am!

1.5" lift kit, +3" on the back with the L/C springs, leaving the +2" on the front, intercooler soon, bonnet vent for cool air in, and vents for hot air out.....nice!

but, also, i'd get the lift first as said previously. because if you want an intercooler and want to go off da road too, then you want a top mount, for which you'll need a bodylift to fit everything under the bonnet.

Milners 1.5'' body lift = £55. Easy fit, no mods needed to any part of the truck and gives you all the room you need to top mount the cooler.

I've got the truck well muddy on The Plain and didn't have to clean the cooler afterwards (the radiator, well that's a different story all together LMAO)
