help needed

Hi all yet another post has any one fitted the front to back roof rails after looking through all the threads looks like 406 rails look like the best option has anyone one done this if so a walk through would be very helpful

i have read that the only real problem is the sunroof

ideally im looking at putting on short bar from back to mid back door at the most i dont want thule type setup and i dont have any t tracck type fixings on the roof

any help and pics would be welcome

will also consider external land rover type roll cage if any one has a pic of a surf with either setup so i can take a look before attacking my truck with a drill i would be grateful
