Fitted one to a Merc Vito and really looks the dogs boll....

Jason Butman at www.burtmanindustries.com can do them in RHD in Wood, mock carbon fibre or real Carbon Fibre. Start at around $250 for a full kit including door switch plates and 3 piece console.

Bear in mind if you order from Jason Burtman, he only has stock for 4Runners. The console bits needed for a Surf are completely different. The rest of his stuff is brill though - I have mine done in tasteful black carbon fibre...
