Roof Rack - how to?

Hi, I want to fit a roof rack to my 95 Hilux Surf (4dr).

I don't have any rails for the bars/rack to fit to, can these be fitted? If so can anyone recommend who could do this. I'm Hants/Surrey way.

get some thule roof bars, £80 from ski drive including free locks the hook on a treat
