spacers before & after

i am also looking for, panhard rod bush, the guy who fitted my spacers says that he will have to cut the bolt off to fit the drop bracket. i also need two bolts for it, will explorer be able to supply them or is milners my best bet?

what size of bolts are they?

i also need two anti roll bar d bushes, milners ?

Just a quickie, spacers? it that for a lift or track width?
being a bit thick here.
What size tyres are you running they look like 30/9.5/15 ?

poppy, its for lift. 2" the spacers are. I like a few people on the forum fitted a 2" suspension lift, but after a year and more it settled and i fllt the back end was sagging a bit (espesially when i had the back loaded with tools)

i am running 31x10.5x15 tyres. BFG muds.

Look in the pics, the silver coloured nuts and bolts are the ones I used when I fitted my drop bracket. There nothing special, but I did use spring washers and done them up fappin' tight!

I think thats done it,thinking of lifting her up a bit and
going on to 31's 0r 33's not sure yet.

those ae same wheels as mine poppy.

i think you need a 4" lift to run 33" tyres.

you could remove the side steps and mud gaurds, when i done this to mine (before any mods) it gave a instant lift. i also found it easier to get in and out with the side steps away.

Cool! Just need a 2" body lift and 33" tyres now to finish the job!

Why? undo the nut, punch the bolt out and the panhald rod and bush should drop out. Even in the bolt is seized, just cut the bolt head and you'll still save the bush.

The bolts will just be standard bolts, what ever size the holes are in the drop bracket, you need to go a hardware store.

Milners or Roughtrax or Toyota will get you the anti roll bar bushes, the brackets that hold them on often corrode, so check these before ordering.

talking of 33" tyres, can anybody tell the measurments from centre of wheel to top of arch, that you need to be able to run 33"s with no rubbing.

was thinking of body lift, but my intension is a arb winch bumper first.

can one of you guys confirm that you can fit a winch bumper along with a body lift (remember reading somthing about it before)

Any winch bumper's mounting brackets will need modifying after doing a body lift, as its bolted to the chassis, and you will have a gap the size of your body lift between the top of the bumper and the grill if you leave it.

An 1" or so you can get away with, any more sometimes looks a little silly.
