In process of doing my 2" sus lift...... taking longer than I thought

Question: When replacing the original shocks with procomps which are not adjustable, can I replace the electrics housing thing that bolts on top of the orginal shock with a washer, and just cut and tape the connecting wires?

    Cheers,

    Paul

Just remove the actuator, you should be able to unplug it from the loom rather than having to cut it.
When installing the new damper it should have all the required washers and bushes with it.

As Morr say's just unplug the actuator but put plenty of tape over the dangling sockets to keep out mud & water in case they're ever needed again.
